Supporting you through your teens and twenties

DEPRESSION THERAPY, ANXIETY MANAGEMENT AND INTERNAL FAMILY SYSTEMS THERAPY

Let’s face it. Being a teen today isn’t easy, and the transition into adulthood in our twenties isn’t always easier. Navigating this time in our lives can make us feel a hundred different ways.

You may feel:

  • Worried about everything

  • Wired or glued to your screen before bed

  • A nagging feeling of sadness that you can’t explain

  • Fiery bursts of anger that you can’t control (and maybe regret later)

  • Disconnected from your family and friends

  • Lack of confidence

  • Struggles with food or body image

  • People-pleasing or perfectionistic tendencies are controlling your life

Therapy can help you figure out why you are feeling this way, and most importantly, how to change it. I’m here to support you through those changes and help things start to feel a little bit lighter.

How I can help

  • Flower pots with yellow and orange flowers on a stone surface in front of a window with two rectangular planters containing pink and yellow flowers, and other plants.

    Internal Family Systems (IFS)

IFS is a trauma-informed therapy that helps you understand and build a relationship with your inner parts, creating space for deep and meaningful change.

  • Two hands holding puzzle pieces that are about to connect, with trees and sky in the background.

    CBT

CBT is a straightforward approach that helps you understand how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. By recognizing unhelpful patterns, you learn practical tools to shift them.

  • Watercolor painting supplies on a wooden table, including watercolor palettes, paintbrushes, stones, cups of coffee, and a sheet of paper with various watercolor swatches and designs.

    Expressive Arts Therapy

Art therapy allows your brain to express emotions without limits, helping you gain a deeper understanding of your inner self than talk-therapy can alone.

  • A hand forming a circle with the thumb and index finger, with the sun shining through the circle against a partly cloudy sky over a landscape of hills.

    Brainspotting

Brainspotting processes traumatic memories at a deeper level than talk-therapy, making a lasting change on how it affects your daily life.
